Coach Cliff gives his thoughts on our 6 point weekend!

Hi Chieftains Fans,

I hope you are all well and having a good week.

We had a nice local weekend last week and now we hit the road for the entire weekend, for 2 tough games against Slough and Cardiff, both in the league.

Last weekend was tough, 2 very different games on 2 nights and ultimately achieved our target of 6 points on the league table.

Saturdays game was a strange one, we took a while to figure Romford out, in fact I’m still not entirely sure that I have, but we found a way to get a stranglehold on the game and see it through for a comfortable win in the end.  On Sunday we played this years surprise package, Swindon, and it was a great game of hockey against a team who really pushed us to get to a high level to see out the win.

This weekend coming will be a tough one with lots of travelling but as always we will be looking for wins on both nights.

Thanks to everyone who came out to get behind us at the weekend and the those who will be following us this coming weekend.
