Coach Cliff gives his thoughts on our 6 point weekender!

Hi Chieftains Fans,

I hope you’re all well and getting yourself ready for Christmas. The year has flown by, as has the first half of the season and we have one big weekend now before a well deserved break over Christmas.

Last weekend we had a pair of 6-1 wins against 2 quite different teams, both at home.

On Saturday we faced Invicta in an important Challenge Cup game and ran out 6-1 winners, we knew it was a must win for us to give ourselves a chance to get our hands on the trophy, and the boys took care of business with limited fuss.

On Sunday the Buccaneers came over and as expected they worked hard and gave us some problems but we took control of the game and took the valuable league points, this game saw Grant score his 700th point for the Chieftains, which is a serious achievement and one we are all really pleased for him about.
