We're delighted to announce two assistant coaches!

Ben Clements said the following about our great news!

"One of the biggest things for me was finding the right assistance coach and I believe I've gone above and beyond that by getting two!

I'm really excited to have Alex Green and Matt Turner on board this coming season. These are two guys I know very well and trust their judgement.

They have played a big part at the club and they will help me bring that winning culture to the team. Both guys will split their time with the team to make sure I will always have an assistant on the bench on game days"

Alex Green has the following to say about his new role.

"It's great to be back! I know what this club stands for and the fans are a big part of the that - loyal, committed, and always behind the team.

I'm looking forward to working with Ben and Matt, contributing to what comes next and building on the direction set by Del and Karen.

The standard is clear. We must compete every night and we must bring silverware back to the club."

Matt Turner had the following to say about his new appointment.

"I'm excited to be given this opportunity to join the coaching team alongside Ben.

Having played many successful seasons for the club, I know firsthand the energy and passion our fans bring every night.

The Chieftains have a proud history of success and we're focused on the challenge of strengthening an already talented roster that can bring silverware back to the Riverside".
