Elliot Dervish is back!

After some time away, he’s returning to the ice with that fearless play we know and love.

We’re excited to welcome Eliot Dervish back to the Chieftains this season! 

Cliff commented “Elliot is someone who really only came onto my radar towards the back end of last season when we played Romford 4 times over a few weekends in the regular season then playoffs. I liked what I saw from him in those games, he is a grafter, plays hard and is willing to do the dirty jobs when they need doing, I’m sure bringing those qualities to the team we are building here will see him be a really important part of next seasons Chieftains. I’m looking forward to getting to know him better and working with him come September.”

When asked about his return Elliot commented “After 4 years away from Chelmsford it feels good to say “I’m coming home” a lot of my favourite years playing have been in a chiefs shirt, so I’m looking forward to pulling it back on this season! I know there are probably many fans that have been cheering against me, especially last season, as the type of player I am, I’m not afraid of getting stuck in! However hopefully this year I can change your minds and have you cheering me on! Enjoy the rest of your summer, see you all in September 👊🏼”
