The Chieftains are delighted to announce the return of Stones and the signing of Philips for the upcoming season!

Brandon Stones had the following to say about his re-signing:

"After playing down south for the first time last season, it was very clear that we have the best fan base in the league and one I love playing in front of.

Clem has worked hard already this summer putting together a roster of great guys both on and off the ice and I feel that we have the means to push on and have a really successful season.

Looking forward to contributing to making the fans, Clem and club as whole proud for 26/27!"

Dylan Philips had the following to say about his signing:

"Hey Chieftains fans, extremely excited to be joining Chelmsford next season and meeting all the guys! Confident it will be a successful season and look forward to seeing you all in September!"

And a word from Head Coach on Brandon:

"Good goalies are hard to come by in this league, so I'm really pleased to have Stonesy back with us for another season. He's very experienced at this level and he proved last season he gives the team a chance to win every night. Looking forward to working with him again."

And Clem said the following about Dylan:

"Having two guys that can play at this level and push each other was key for me, and I believe we have a great tandem in Dylan and Stonesy, Dylan was training with us a few seasons ago so I know he will have no problem fitting in with the boys and I'm looking forward having him on board this season."
