TJ's back!!!

We’re delighted to announce that fan favourite T.J. Fillery is back for the 2025/26 season!

A key part of the Black and Gold, T.J. brings experience, consistency, and huge passion every time he steps on the ice. His return is a massive boost as we prepare for another big season. 

Cliff commented “It’s great to be bringing TJ back for another year in the black and gold. TJ is a massive part of the team both on and off the ice and someone who always wants what’s best for the club. After struggling with an injury last year and getting back to fitness at a really tough point in the season when it was hard to hit the ground running, it’ll be great to have him back fully fit and ready to go when the new season rolls around.”

When asked about his return TJ commented “Im thrilled to be back in the chieftains jersey again for another year  and buzzing to get the new season underway pushing for more silverware. Im looking forward to working with cliff and clema again who are great coaches and i believe will be putting a strong foundation down for the the new season,pushing us aswell as themselves to the limit to bring more joy to riverside!
Winning the league cup after coming back from a injury was the best feeling and i cant wait to compete again in September, hopefully bringing more smiles to you guys the best fans in the league!,
