Spending his first 2 senior years at MK Thunder, Kaleb moves to us on a two-way deal with the Chelmsford Warriors Ice Hockey Team

 

We’re looking forward to seeing him in Black and Gold and watching his continued development as part of both teams.

 

Cliff commented ‘Kaleb is a great lad who I have known since he first got on the ice and then became a goalie I tasked Clema with sorting the goalie position this off season and when he bought Kaleb up it was a straight yes from me as I know how hard he works and battles every day to get better.  He will get a lot of development opportunities, skating with both teams, playing games with Warriors, icing with Chieftains and having Clema within the coaching team can only be a bonus for a young goalie. I look forward to working with Kaleb again once we get back on the ice and seeing how he develops over the next year.’

 

When asked about his move Kaleb commented ‘I'm absolutely thrilled to be joining Chelmsford for the upcoming season! Having played against the Chieftains last year, I experienced just how solid a team they are, defensively and offensively!  I also got to experience how incredible the fans are – the atmosphere they create is electric, and I'm buzzing to have that amazing support behind me this time!

 

One of the things I'm most excited about is the chance to learn from an outstanding netminder like Ross. His experience and skill level are phenomenal, and I know working with him will be invaluable for my development as a player.

 

I'm also really looking forward to working alongside fantastic coaches like Clema and Cliff. Their knowledge and guidance will be crucial in helping me grow and reach the next level in my game.

 

This season also presents an exciting opportunity for me to gain additional senior experience with the Warriors, as well as playing with the Mohawks in the new National U19 league, all of which I believe will significantly enhance my game and contribute to my overall development as a hockey player.
