Another Beldecos Joins!

We’re excited to announce that John Beldecos will also be signing with us for the 2025/26 season!

Talent clearly runs in the family, and we can’t wait to see what John brings to the ice. Having both Beldecos brothers on board is a massive boost, and we’re looking forward to a big year ahead!

Cliff commented “I’ve heard a lot of good things about John from people who have seen him play or played with him and coached him. He’s a strong defensive defenceman with some offensive upside to his game as well, I’ve watched some video of John playing in the USA last year and he looks like he can fit in well to our squad, add some youth and speed and learn from the older more experienced D Men on the team. Looking forward to working with him when the season rolls around.”

John had this to say about his move to Chelmsford “I’m thrilled to be joining the Chelmsford Chieftains! My brother has shared so many great things about the team, the coaching staff, and the passionate fan base, and I can’t wait to be a part of it. I had an incredible time abroad in the states, but there’s something special about being back on the ice with my brother. I’m really looking forward to meeting the guys and the fans in September and, of course, hunting for some silverware. It’s going to be an exciting season ahead!”
