Ben Beldecos signs for 25/26

18 year old Ben Beldecos will be joining us full time for the 2025/26 season!

Ben has already made a strong impression, and we couldn’t be more excited to have his talent, energy, and dedication in the Black and Gold.

Let’s give him a warm welcome and get ready for an incredible season. 

Coach Cliff commented “I think we all saw glimpses of what Ben is capable of last season when he made a few appearances for us, he is a great skater with good hands and offensive instincts. Whilst this will be a big step up for him, he has absolutely all the skills needed to flourish at this level. Im looking forward to working with Ben more this coming season and seeing what he turns into in his next phase of development.”

When asked about his move to Chelmsford Ben commented “Excited to officially be joining the Chelmsford Chieftains! I had the chance to play a bit last season and absolutely loved the energy from the fans — you guys were unreal. The coaching staff and management have been great, and I’m really looking forward to being part of the team. Can’t wait to get going and give it everything this season!
