Coach Cliff gives his thoughts on our league game against Invicta Dynamos

Hi Chieftains Fans,

I hope you’re all well and having a good week.

Just the one game for us last weekend as we travelled to Gillingham to take on the Dynamos for the second time in a week, always a tough place to go and this game was no exception to the rule.

It was a game where we started well but went behind, then got ourselves ahead only to be pegged back and ultimately drew over 60 minutes before turning it back on to win in OT.  Ideally we would have seen the game out from the position of a 3-1 lead but a few errors and a few funny bounces as expected in that building made the game way tighter than it should have been.

We now move on to face Slough on Sunday at The Riverside in another Challenge Cup game, last time out against them we were on the right end of a tight score line and we will be looking to repeat that outcome.
