2 more superb signings!

Both TJ and Raynor re-sign for the 26/27 season

We're excited to announce the return of fan favoruties, TJ Fillery and Kieran Raynor.

TJ had the following to say about his re-signing:

"I'm pleased to be back home with the Chieftains for the upcoming season. With the same aim as always; getting our hands on some silverware!

With new management coming in, I'm looking forward to working with Clema, Turner, and Alex who between them have some great experience winning everything possible and I'm sure will help the team to winning some more trophies!

In the meantime, I hope everyone enjoys their summer and I look forward to seeing everyone in the new season!"

Kieran had the following to say about his return:

"I'm really glad to be coming into another season with the boys, last season we just didn't finish how we wanted to. This season we're walking in hungry for it all and hopefully with some hard work, we will change those results.

I'm happy to be a part of Clema, Turner, and Al's plan for the success and I'm looking forward to playing in the black and gold for another year with some great fans, in a great rink for an even greater team! See you guys in september!"

Clema had the following to say about TJ's return:

"Really happy to have TJ sign back, he is a massive part of this team on and off the ice. He's a player that every team needs and he always does what is best for the club. He had a really solid finish to last season, and I'm looking for him to continue that form going into the new season."

...and on Kieran he said the following:

"This will be Raynor's 6th season in Black and Gold which tells you everything you need to know about him. He's become a big part of this club over the years and I'm glad he's sticking around. A big plus for me as well, is he can play as a forward if need be, which is a massive bonus if we end up with injuries over the course of the season."
